Reading lists
Reading lists
Reading lists are reading paths for a specific situation. Basic materials explain the fundamentals and suit a first introduction; in-depth materials are for those who already run a site and want to understand the details. Each list is built from pages of this reference, so you can work through it in a single evening.
You don't need to become a search specialist to avoid mistakes with your own site. It's enough to understand how a search engine finds pages and what rules it sets.
Reading lists include only published materials from this reference. We do not include advertising, promotion offers, links to link-selling services or website ratings. If a material on a topic isn't ready yet, we don't put a placeholder in its place; we simply keep the list shorter.
